Kinky Gift and Gratitude

Todays prompts brought us a kinky gift for a special someone and a moment of gratitude. Mister K is my special person, but the right gift is hard to find. I have plenty to be grateful for, and was given another reason in the words from a stranger.

Kinky Christmas

The prompt for Day 17 at the SafeworD/s Club is Kinky Christmas. Today we were asked to give a kinky gift to someone; whether it be a picture, fantasy or a secret. When I asked myself what I thought Mister K would truly want, the answer was almost too easy.

While Mister K likes being my Dominant and being on control, he sometimes wishes I would make the first move. Leading in a sexual manner doesn’t come natural to me and I would rather be directed than lead, so I knew that was what I needed to gift him.

While taking the lead makes me slightly uncomfortable, it was nice to give him something he really wanted. But, in a way, that’s what submission is all about. Surrendering to the will of another. He apprecitated the effort and his happiness is enough for me.

A Moment of Gratitude

The Submissive guide prompt is A Moment of Gratitude. Today was about sincerely thanking those who have assisted in your submissive journey. My best friend, Lady M, is definitely my most influential person in this scope. As a switch she’s able to give me insight from more than one point of view and that has often helped and encouraged me to see things from all sides. Without her, I think I would have made D/s way harder than it had to be.

Also, I have to thank Mister K. If not for him, I most likely wouldn’t be experiencing a D/s relationship at all, at least not one as fulfilling. He’s put in a lot of effort to become the Dom and husband he is and I’m very grateful for that.

And last is a reader who left me a comment today about body image, and her words will forever change the way I view myself. This can only help me and my submission in the future, and I just want her to know that her simple statement may forever change my life.

Only a week to go in Kinky Advent 2020. Day 18 brings us a bag full of goodies and a lesson on being real.
